Early in the autumn, squad members will learn what and when to eat and drink to optimize performance and enhance recovery. From September to March OUWLRC are visited regularly by Performance Nutritionist Juliet Wilson. Juliet measures individuals’ body composition and hydration and advises on nutrition on an individual basis and through seminars. She oversees weight loss, ensuring this is done gradually and healthily, without compromising nutrition and performance.
